Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (US)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.00 or FREE on orders over $50
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.00
- Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days): $25.00
International Shipping
- Standard International (10-20 business days): $15.00
- Express International (5-10 business days): $30.00
*International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please note that shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- Customs processing for international orders
Lost or Stolen Packages
Quiet Hour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@quiethour.work within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
